ISRO received worldwide praise

The Indian space agency has recently been garnering acclaim across the globe, with some reports suggesting that Chandrayaan-3’s budget was roughly half the cost of the space epic Interstellar.
What’s more, the heroes behind the mission, our ISRO scientists, are far more humble than most individuals in your metropolitan, upscale suburb. Despite their enormous achievements, they choose to stay grounded and how.
They received no special treatment or financial incentives for working longer hours on the unique space project. Do you know what inspired them?

“Every evening at 5 p.m., a free masala dosa and filter coffee” – the inside story was recently revealed in a Washington Post editorial piece.
“We spend only on necessities,” former ISRO chief Madhavan Nair was cited as saying. “Our scientists work harder than any other scientists in any other company — in India or abroad.”
Venkateshwara Sharma, a mission scientist, was quoted as claiming that ISRO had no financial incentives to provide personnel for the success of the lunar mission:
“We cracked it by offering a free masala dosa and filter coffee at 5 pm every evening. Suddenly, everyone was happy to stay on longer.”
According to the story, Sharma found love at the ISRO. He married one of the project’s primary leaders too.
