I’m a diet coach and there’s a simple way men can add INCHES to their penis: they need to stop acting like victims.

A diet coach has claimed there is a simple way men can increase their penis size, while criticizing clients for “acting like victims”.

Chris Cavallini, 40, of Tampa Bay, Florida, first became interested in nutrition and fitness while in the Navy.

After leaving the force, the businessman created his own food preparation company called Nutrition Solutions to help his mostly male clientele adopt a healthier lifestyle.

He explained: “From a male perspective, our confidence is very much wrapped up in our physique and our bodies and [the groin] area is something we all take pride in.’

In his experience as a diet coach, Chris says he has worked with overweight men who have buried penis syndrome, where fat largely hides the organ.

However, Chris says the simple solution to this condition is to commit to a healthy diet and exercise plan.

He explained: ‘The cool part is, when you get in better shape, you can add inches to your penis.

“For every 30 pounds of excess fat you lose, you will gain one inch of visible penis.”

Although buried penis syndrome can manifest at birth, it most commonly affects morbidly obese adult men.

Chris said: “As you can imagine, this can be a very strong motivator for men when they understand that this is the case.”

“Hopefully it will force them to start being a little more mindful of the food they’re putting in their bodies and the exercise they’re getting.”

Chris founded his business in 2012 after struggling to find the time to eat a high protein diet.

He explained: ‘I wanted to create an outlet so people like me could get clean fuel without having to worry about cooking, shopping and weighing macros.

Chris (pictured) says he finds it difficult when his clients act like “victims” and say they don’t have time to exercise.

“I wanted a catalyst that would help expedite the process of getting fit, healthy, and in the best shape of your life without all the accompanying stress that typically comes with the beginning of a fitness journey.”

Growing up in foster care, Chris has had several run-ins with the law and been arrested more than 20 times throughout his life.

But now that he’s on his way to becoming a billionaire, Chris admits he finds it frustrating when people say they don’t have time to exercise.

He continued: “So when I hear people make the excuse that they can’t exercise, they don’t have time to eat healthy, they can’t lose 10-15 pounds, I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.”

“I believe that if people want to be successful in achieving their fitness goals, the first thing they need to change before dieting and going to the gym is that they need to change the way they think.

‘What I’m trying to do is help people look at things from a different, more empowering perspective.

‘To stop thinking on a low level, posing as the victim and start acting in congruence with your higher self.

‘Only when you are able to change your way of thinking can you change your life in a real, effective and sustainable way’.
