In the clip, which has been viewed more than 1.2 million times so far, the real estate agent gives a tour of the space and how it connects to the rest of the building.

The anonymous man begins: “They found a corner in this hallway that wasn’t being used and turned it into an apartment.”

Scouring the area, he points out the elevator and the laundry room before entering a room around the corner.

He walks into the apartment and continues: ‘This was just an unused space on the first floor, so they renovated it.

‘It was not originally built as an apartment.’

He ends the tour in the ‘little bedroom’ before revealing that the entire unit costs $2,300 a month.
